We are leading Manufacturer, Wholesaler, Retailer and Exporter of a wide range customized CNC Turned & Milled Components from different metals such as Mild steel, Alloy steel, Brass, Aluminium, Stainless steel, Cast Iron (CI) & Titanium etc. and our products are used at Pharmaceutical Machinery, Textile Machinery, Glass Machinery, Automobiles, Fluid Industries, Hydraulic System, Air & Gas Compressors, Railway, Submersible Pump and Plastic Moulding Machinery and many more. We are CNC Turning & Milling Machining Service Provider (CNC & VMC Machining Job Work). We have constructed a wide range of infrastructural unit with well functionality that plays a most important role in the success and growth of our organization. We have well technical qualified and experience staff that have more than 15 years experience in our field that’s why we are able to make any type of challenging job in our field. Mr.Raju Patel is a Mechanical Engineer and having 15 years experience. He has good knowledge of QMS System and its all core tools, i.e. APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA and FMEA etc. He has also taken training of Internal Auditor from TUV Rheinland and Certified as a Internal Auditor. He has also good knowledge of GD&T Parameters and all Critical instruments. i.e. Roundness Tester, CMM, Profile Projector, Contour graph, Roughness Tester and Calibration activity. He has good knowledge of New prouduct development and all manufacturing processes. Mr.Sanjay Patel has depth knowledge of Micro Programming of CNC Turning & Milling (CNC & VMC) machines.
